A REFRESHINGLY HUMAN
APPROACH TO TREATMENT
We first opened our doors in 2014 with a simple mission - To help people transform their lives, while recovering from addiction and underlying mental health conditions.
Over the years, we’ve been through many changes. We’ve learned from and grown with every individual who has given us the opportunity to help in their recovery. We’ve worked hard to develop an atmosphere of honesty and trust, wiping away all preconceptions, shame, judgement and guilt.

“Improvement is a constant process of adjusting care for the best outcomes. We frequently adapt our treatment to meet the unique needs of the clients currently in our care.”
Laura Nuss
Co-Founder

“Springboard is a place that takes a very nurturing and caring approach with our patients while providing excellent clinical work and recovery and life skills. We create a family feel and personalized relationships with our patients.“

SPRINGBOARD’S FAMILY
Being at Springboard is like being with family, working here is to be surrounded by support and people who care for each other.
“I was originally a client 3 1/2 years ago and have been working for Springboard for the past two and a half years.”
WHAT’S THE MOST REWARDING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB?
I love to see the transformation clients make from when they first arrive at Springboard to the time they leave. It’s amazing to receive calls and messages from them when they hit milestones in their recovery - It just shows how really grateful they are to be in the program.

Josh Lemieux
Director of Admissions
“The best part of my job is to see people on their journey through recovery and to be able to play a role in that journey.“

We are more than just a business, we pride ourselves on creating a safe and nurturing environment that does not focus on shame and guilt as a means for change.
