We Do Not Stand For Intolerance
Here at SpringBoard Recovery, we have always stood together, as one family.
We strive every day to bring light, hope, and a future to those that have fallen to the pain and darkness of addiction, whether it’s through substances, trauma, or mental health issues.
We know it can be a struggle to find the help and treatment you need, as you face a daily battle against the damage that addiction has done – emotional, spiritual, and financial – to your relationships, and to your own families.
This daily battle can only be worsened by the intolerance of race and gender.
At SpringBoard Recovery, we do not stand for this intolerance.
Our patient assessments, our treatment planning, how we hire our staff and how we provide our internal advancement opportunities, and our discharge planning has been and will always be free from any discrimination of race or gender whatsoever.
We stand together with The Joint Commission, our professional accrediting body, and their statement on Racial Justice and Equity. We know that people of color in America often experience poorer healthcare outcomes than their white counterparts, and we will not stand for this intolerance.
SpringBoard Recovery is and will always be fully committed to supporting our staff in confronting any form of racism. Our clinicians take an oath that states they will do no harm. This applies to every single one of our staff throughout your care, not just our clinical team.
We stand together – as one family
This is a unique opportunity right now for us all to affect real and lasting change.
Let us finally bring an end to this intolerance.
