As someone who is honestly, truly, and willing to change for the better springboard recovery has been a crucial part of my recovery. The program that is used here at springboard makes you feel like you are in a home, not just another step of treatment. There is so much to offer here, but the biggest thing is the family atmosphere. I have been treated like a member of the family here, not like a client. I also like the fact that springboard really promotes healthy eating, having a safe balance between life recovery, and of course physical activities. The 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous is a big deal at springboard and has greatly improved my quality of life and my appreciation for the little things. Going to IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) 3 times a week has significantly strengthened the bond between housemates at Springboard.. In my experience having the house all go together gives me the chance to be of service to my fellow housemates when they are struggling. Sometimes offering to share how you relate and process similar issues is enough to help other members of the house. The whole program the house runs makes for an easy, safe transition from treatment. I am truly grateful for everyone at springboard. Springboard has done an excellent job in meeting my needs, and has even gone beyond basic necessities, providing me luxuries like delicious, home-cooked meals every night. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to live and take my next step in recovery.
