Alcoholics Anonymous focuses on the 12-Steps of Recovery. Members are encouraged to regularly attend meetings, which are held on a weekly basis. While they are there, they listen to speakers and share with others about their progress in recovery.

AA is available all over the world. There is never any fee for membership or meeting participation. The only requirement is for people to have a desire to stop drinking.
