The Need for Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings in Springfield, Massachusetts

Alcoholics Anonymous has helped many people over the years fight alcohol addiction. There is still an alcohol problem in the United States, including Springfield Massachusetts. The best way to stop a drinking problem is with the help of a strong support system.

The CDC says too much drinking can harm the health of people. The effects of binge drinking include short-term and long-term health risks. Binge drinking is 5 or more drinks in a couple of hours for men, 4 or more for women.

A community health needs assessment for Hampden county shows that alcohol use is a problem in the county.
