Online IOP
With our Online Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you can receive treatment without ever leaving your home. All you need is a stable internet connection and access to a computer, tablet or mobile device.
This form of virtual treatment is ideal for anyone who:
- Recently completed an in-person outpatient program but still needs added support/aftercare
- Lives far from the nearest physical rehab center
- Has a busy or demanding schedule that doesn’t allow them to attend regular in-person sessions
- Has a physical disability that limits their mobility or has a social anxiety disorder
Outpatient Rehab Programs
Outpatient treatment programs can vary in terms of their level of intensity, frequency, duration, and desired outcome. With outpatient treatment, patients continue living at home but visit the treatment facility to receive treatment. In general, there are 3 level of outpatient care – PHP, IOP, and Traditional Outpatient.

Residential Program
Our Residential Program is very similar to inpatient programs offered by other treatment centers. Residential treatment is Springboard’s most intensive level of care.
Patients live/reside at one of our safe and comfortable residential houses for the duration of the program. This program is ideal for individuals who are in the early stages of recovery and need a break from their regular home environment, triggers and stressors in order to completely focus on their recovery. Residential treatment also allows participants to get support from peers who are going through a similar situation.
