Alcoholics Anonymous was founded in 1935 to help people who have drinking problems. They began the 12-Step program, which helps members become sober worldwide.

 

What is Narcotics Anonymous? 

Narcotics Anonymous was founded to offer support to people in recovery from drug addiction.  The organization has evolved to help members regardless of a person’s addiction.  

 

What is SMART Recovery?

SMART Recovery teaches the participants to find and develop power from within to change their life. Also, the goal is to lead a self-fulfilled life that is balanced and science-based. 

 

What are Al-Anon and Alateen? 

Al-Anon was founded to help families learn how to deal with their loved ones’ substance abuse. 

Alateen is a program supported by Al-Anon that works specifically with teens and young adults with addicted family members.

FREE ADDICTION RECOVERY RESOURCES IN Douglas, Arizona

Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are just two of the organizations that offer support group meetings. SMART Recovery is another option people have available to them. They are not 12-Step-oriented at all; theirs is more of a scientific approach to recovery.

Families can also get the help and support they need from attending Al-Anon and Alateen meetings. Many of them are also 12-Step based.

SpringBoard Recovery is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. We opened our doors in 2014 and work with people from all over the United States, including those from Douglas, Ohio. 

We offer sober living services as well as one of the best drug and alcohol addiction recovery programs in Arizona.

SpringBoard Recovery prides itself on meeting clients where they are and working with them holistically. There is no judgment for past behavior or any focus on the past.
